Funky Monkeys \u2013 Escape HUB<\/h2>

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, prepayments, refunds, and cancellations for reservations at Funky Monkeys \u2013 Escape HUB. We kindly ask all clients to review it carefully before making a reservation.<\/p>

I. Individual Game Reservations (Standard Visits)<\/h3>

1. Payment Method<\/h4>
  • For individual reservations, prepayment is neither required nor accepted, unless explicitly agreed in advance with the client.<\/li>
  • Payment is made on-site on the day of the visit.<\/li>
  • We accept payment:<\/li><\/ul>
    • In cash<\/li>
    • By bank card (POS terminal)<\/li><\/ul>

      2. Gift Vouchers<\/h4>

      Funky Monkeys \u2013 Escape HUB does not offer gift vouchers in any form.<\/p>

      II. Event Reservations (Birthdays, Team Buildings, Corporate Events, Organized Groups)<\/h3>

      1. Mandatory Prepayment
      \nTo confirm an event reservation:<\/h4>
      • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, payable no later than 2 business days before the event.<\/li>
      • The payment must be made via bank transfer.<\/li>
      • A reservation is considered fully confirmed only after the deposit has been received.<\/li><\/ul>

        Without completed prepayment, the date and time slot are not guaranteed.<\/b><\/p>

        2. Deposit Refund Policy<\/h4>
        • The event deposit may be refunded if cancellation is made no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event date.<\/li>
        • If cancellation occurs after this period, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>

          III. Change of Date for Events<\/h3>
          • A date change is permitted only once.<\/li>
          • Notification must be made no later than 3 days before the event.<\/li>
          • The change is subject to availability in our schedule.<\/li><\/ul>

            IV. Number of Participants<\/h3>
            • For events, the final amount is recalculated according to the actual number of participants on the day of the event.<\/li>
            • Increasing or decreasing the number of participants does not cancel the deposit obligation.
              \nGame capacities are fixed and cannot be exceeded.<\/li><\/ul>

              V. No-Show Policy<\/h3>
              • In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation is considered cancelled.<\/li>
              • For events, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li>
              • For standard reservations, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings.<\/li><\/ul>

                VI. General Terms<\/h3>

                Funky Monkeys \u2013 Escape HUB reserves the right to:<\/p>

                • Refuse a reservation in case of non-compliance with the policy<\/li>
                • Require written confirmation<\/li>
                • Update this policy when necessary<\/li><\/ul>
